To establish a thriving, positive, and supportive community serving as the global resource for Dads Married to Doctors (MD = Medical Doctors, DO = Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, MBBS = Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Science).
MISSION
To strengthen physician families by empowering and educating one another to become better dads and husbands.
PURPOSE
Dads Married to Doctors exist to provide an environment, a community to support MEN in medical marriages in becoming better dads and husbands thereby strengthening the physician family.

- Marriage and fatherhood are at the core of who we are as an organization. As we empower and educate one another to become better, the physician family is strengthened.
- Mentorship and Wellness
- The strength of our community lies in our diversity. With a wealth of knowledge and experience to learn from, we can mentor one another with mutual respect for the well being of our DMD brother.
- Recognition and Respect
- At the core of masculinity is a desire for recognition and respect. Being the primary caregiver to our children and a strong support system for our spouses is a very unique role for many of our members. DMD provides an environment where our members are recognized for their contributions and respected for who they are.
- Social Conscience
- Being part of a physician family has exposed our members to many challenges that exist in society. Our community is committed to utilizing our combined physical, mental, and financial resources to aid causes close to our hearts.
